Q. How can I create an account at Allineed?
A. You can create your account at Checkout or in advance. Here's how:
  1. On the Checkout page, Select “Register” radio button and click the "Continue" button under Checkout as a guest or register. While you place your order, we'll also ask you to provide your name and email address, create a password etc.
  2. You can create an account in advance by clicking the login link at the top of this page. On the next page, click the "Create an Account" button. You'll be prompted to provide your name, address, and email address, create a password, gender and date of birth.
  3. We provide account authentication and login using Facebook account. I if you have Facebook account click on the facebook login button created on the top of this page and loging to Allineed.in using your facebook credentials.

Note: We do not record your facebook password credentials when you login using Facebook account.

Q. How can I retrieve may account password?
A. If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the sign-in or account pages. We'll ask for the original email address that you used to create your account and send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.
Q. How can I change my account password and email?
A. Log in to your account using your email id and password. Click on “Account Information” link available under “MY ACCOUNT” section.

Under Account information provide new Email address or change password as required.

Q. How to Order out of Stock product?
A. We do not have these products available for sale, hence cannot be ordered on the website, but you can email us to sales@allineed.in regarding your interest, we will let you know once it is available for sale at Allineed.
Q. What Are payment options?
A.

Currently all the items are available under online payment gateway to process Credit cards, debit cards and internet banking.

Q. What are the terms and condition for Cash on Delivery (CoD)?
A. Currently we do not offer Cash on Delivery payment method. We are in the process to start CoD soon.
Q. What are shipping options?
A. Available Products:

The shipping messages on the Allineed.in web site tell you how quickly products are expected to be ready to leave our warehouses. Please note that our shipping messages do not indicate when items will arrive at their final destination -- only when items are expected to be packed and ready to leave our warehouse. 

Usually all products are shipped within 2 working days and delivered in 3-7 working days. Check below to know more details.

Pre-Order Products:
Allineed.in allows customers to pre-order products that have not yet been released by suppliers, which include publishers, studios, or record labels. The release date is provided by the supplier and indicates the date the product is scheduled to be available for shipment. Release dates are subject to change by the supplier; such date changes will be updated as we receive them.

For Backorder items:
You can order some products on Allineed.in as backorder. This message tells the product is available  in quantity less then you have ordered. This means that we place a standing order for your items with our suppliers, who will ship them immediately to us and the item will be shipped to you. This requires around 17-22 working Days and Subject to Availability. 

For Out of Stock items:
We do not have these products available for sale, hence cannot be ordered on the website, but you can email us to sales@allineed.in regarding your interest, we will let you know once it is available for sale at Allineed.

Q. How much are the delivery charges?

Q. What is estimated time for delivery?
A. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. The products will be delivered in duration mentioned on respective product page. Allineed Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Expected Ship Date: 
The expected ship date is within two working days from the product ordered date. e.g. If product is ordered on 1-Jan-2014 then the order will be shipped within 3-jan-2014 (excluding Sundays and Holidays) .

Estimated Delivery Date
The esitmated delivery dates from the date of shipping are following.

Pre-Orders
This shipping message is used for products has not yet been released by suppliers. The item will be shipped to you our customers on the day of it's official release. Please note that; Release dates are subject to change by the supplier.

Backorder Items
This shipping message is used for products Stored in warehouse with less then the ordered quantity. We place a standing order for your items with our suppliers, who will ship them immediately to us. Then the item will be shipped to you our customers with the total ordered quantity. This process requires around 17-22 Working days and Subject to Availability.

Q. Which Cities Allineed delivers?
A. We deliver our products in all the major cities in India.
Q. How to cancel or modify an order?
A. We take utmost care before shipping/delivering books from AlliNeed.in. But if you have received book in damage / defective condition, it will be covered under replacement policy. It includes the product damage at the time of delivery or manufacturing defects, within 7 days from the date of delivery without any extra charge.

In order to get a defective books replaced please send email to support@allineed.in with following information within 7 days from the date of delivery:

Q. How can I write Reviews and rate products?
A. To rate or  write a review about a product you need to have registered user on Allineed.in website.  Login to the website and click on the product you want to rate or review. Click on the “Be the first to review this product” or “Add your review” link available on the product page.

A. Visit “Privacy policy” and “Terms of use” link available in bottom of the website.

A. We encourage customers to create an account. Having an account will allow you to:

Q. How can I Check status of my orders?
A. Registered users: Login in to your account and Click on “My Orders” link available on the left.  Click on the link view order to view detail status of the order.

Guest user:  Click on the “Orders and Returns “link available on the bottom of the website and provide Following information:

Order ID, Billing last name and email present  in the order billing address.

Click on Continue to view the order.

Q. Shipping Policies
A. We ship to any location across India through partnered couriers/ India Post. Delivery charges will be as per actuals and the same will be displayed during the time of purchase. We deliver within 2-3 working days within Bangalore and for all other locations it will be within 3 - 7 working days.

To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners. Tracking code will be mailed to you, once your product is shipped. We ship from Monday through Saturday excluding public holidays.

If you feel that the packing is tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. All products will be shipped with the original invoice mentioning the price inclusive of taxes.
