How do I get a defective item, ordered on AlliNeed.in, replaced?

 Book Replacement Guarantee: We take utmost care before shipping/delivering books from AlliNeed.in. But if you have received book in damage / defective condition, it will be covered under 100% replacement policy. It includes the product damage at the time of delivery, manufacturing defects or within 7 days from the date of delivery without any extra charge.  

In order to get defective books replaced please send email to support@allineed.in with following information within 7 days from the date of delivery:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Invoice number
  • Book Name 
  • Reason of Replacement

  • Time of replacement is subjected to availability on allineed.in.
  • NO extra charge for replacement.

 

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

As a part of our cancellation policy, you are free to cancel any part of order from cart or the whole cart. Cancellation can be initiated by sending email at support@allineed.in for further processing. The status of each item in your cart can be viewed from your account page and for your kind information; we may not be able to accept the request for cancellation, if the items are already dispatched.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement -

  • Damages due to misuse of Books.
  • Incidental damage due to Natural Calamaties.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Books with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;

Return & Refund in case of book is already shipped

If return/refund is requested after the product is shipped. We would not be able return the shipping cost as the same will be charged to us by the courier partner.
